“This is my first time to cruise. I was invited with a group from St. Joseph’s parish in Spring Valley, NY. It was an experience of a lifetime. Having Mike with us 69 people in the group was amazing. He’s professional, patient, very respectful & knowledgeable in what he does. He personally cares for every individual in the group. He answers every question you ask to the best of his knowledge. He gives information & directions of the trip, excursions, what and not to do. Never been with anyone like Mike before. He’s great & fun to be with. The way you planned the excursion was amazing.
