Needed parts. Parts dept.was helpful in finding what I needed over the phone. I was able to order and pick up. Pick up went smoothly. Took 5 minutes to get them. First time using this location.

They have a "boat Lovers" package that includes your slip, summer trailer storage, winter boat storage removal and cleaning of boat at the end of the year and they'll put it in for you at the beginning of the year all for a price based on footage..what's nice is you can pay monthly on it throughout the year..VERY convenient and nobody else does it I've found

Said I could use his ramp to see if I liked it. Easy access in and out. Covers everything from A to Z. Showers, food, gas, water, electric, etc. Discounts for early boat slip dockage.

People are not the friendly at all but have can get the part you need win I got to the truck part of it the young man was great friendly and helpful I just can't remember he's name but glad he was there

Good docks and a good concrete ramp with nice long dock alongside makes launching very easy

My wife & I spent the day at the Beach Club Marina and walking around the place with our 19 year old son. Had a great time sitting on the open air patio and looking out over the Mon River, watching the various watercraft & Boats coming & going. What a relaxing and friendly facility. I've been brought on site to work at places exactly like this and bring them up to their fullest. As I sat looking it over, I quickly recognized what a gem this place is...the proven undertakings I would implement, and the potential for increasing popularity, & whole family use. Ohhhhh...does this place have Sooooo much more potential. And yet still stay affordable.

I would be remiss if I didn't write a review about the excellent level of service I received to fix a problem with our Spartan motor coach chassis. I called in the morning, told Eric what the problem was and he told me to bring the coach in. I arrived at about 1:30. Eric assigned Shane to the problem and by 4:00 we were back together and back on the road. The level of service was exceptional! Adjectives that come to mind to describe our experience are professional, knowledgeable, careful, courteous, thorough. If anyone needs chassis service in the Dallas/Fort Worth area you need to go to the Holt Truck Center on W Loop 820 N.

This place was extremely busy when I pulled in with electrical problem on my Spartan frame motorhome. Another shop had already worked on it, fixed nothing and said I had big problems. The tech Aaron talked with me did his investigative work found and fixed the problem in a very short time. They called the next day just to make sure everything was right. I am entirely satisfied with the service received from Holt.
