Special shout out to Marshall and Justin for getting me set up with my 5th wheel mounting. UEV-490 sales review from and of RV Leader.
We live in New England and RV leader is the closest place for us to learn about and look see many Off-Road Camper and Trailers. We specifically, wanted to look at a Conqueror UEV-490.

We drove and spent the night before in a nice B&B. We got to RV Leaders and were expected. We were met at the door and helped (per our request) immediately. We looked at all the trailers and campers we requested and even more to help educate us about why one cost $ Vs why another cost $$. It really did help educate us. Plus, it helped solidify our decision. But, we were just looking and they knew this.

There was NO high pressure sales tactic. Not from our point of view. We wanted the Conqueror UEV-490. We were open to buying but that wasn't our main goal. We talked a lot about what was included and what wasn't down to fine details. How things worked. What would we have to do to tow. What we would need to do to be happy campers (sorry for the pun). How much it really weighed dry VS full. We had educated ourselves (wife and I) as much as possible via Youtube and other sources.

Our Sales man didn't know a whole lot about the camper. However, every time we asked a question he didn't know his response was " Hang on, I will find that out for you or let you talk to someone that does.", this type of honesty and clear communication was refreshing. Its OK not to know everything, but seeking answers is the way to go.

The RV Leader team helped us in every possible way. They looked up stuff, talked to each other and us. They made sure to communicate clearly what they as a person and a team knew or didn't know.

In the end they offered it to us for a price we could negotiate with. We did, they were happy to accept our counter offer. There was not a lot of back and forth. They set the purchase price fairly and we countered fairly. No stupid offers by us or them. We were happy with what we paid VS what others were asking for the UEV-490.

The paperwork was what it was. It went smooth and as fast as can be expected. They did not try and slide any "incidentals" into the price. We had to finance and that made the paperwork chore longer for both parties. We asked that they only submit to two financial places and they did. We are very careful of our credit in this day and age.

We got approved, here again paperwork was what it was. We filled out registration for our state, gave them insurance info, and all the other needed stuff to satisfy the bank. We were even semi-happy with the rate. I mean who is really happy with any rate!

RV leaders held the camper until I could return to get it (weeks later). I screwed up and showed up a day early. They still got it to me and walked me around it to show me more stuff and to make sure I understood how to operate it. They made sure it was hooked safely to my truck. I have driven tractor trailers, 4 foot trailers, cattle trailers, and boat trailers. Yet, they didn't try and prove anything , just make sure it was safely hooked up.

They made sure I had all the paperwork, keys (tons of keys), and was satisfied. I was. I would do business with them again. I would even recommend them to any person looking for a RV of any type, but off-road especially.

TL;DR
RV Leaders is worth doing business with again and was a great place to do business. They have some great people there and operate as a good team.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great experience all around, especially being first time buyers. They walked us through everything, twice, and made sure we had all we needed to get on the road happy and safely. Great people! Special shout out for our saleswoman, Mary; you rock! Thanks again!

After visiting many RV sales lots that really lacked customer service especially for a first time RV buyer I decide to visit RV Leaders. Cory was an absolute awesome to work with.
There was no pressure just friendly talking.
This place has an amazing staff and they all work to make sure your experience is a good one.
