I returned to the place and they changed the car for me. Even I got a free upgrade from midsize to full-size SUV. The gentleman at the counter was amazingly friendly, his demeanor was probably the nicest of any car rental agent I have ever encountered. Avis offered a much better price than competitors (as usual). The vehicle was clean, safe ans well maintained. I would absolutely use this location again on my next visit to PA.”
