Maintenance is on top of fixing things in the apartment. Freeway may be close, but you can really hear it. Close to a dog walking trail but even if you don't have a dog, it's nice to go on.”

“Dr. Stewart is heaven sent! TRULY!! My son used to have severe allergies that we were told was causing his asthma attacks that resulted in frequent, almost daily, uses of breathing treatments. I have more jobs to get done, and I will be using Mr. Handyman again. It does cost per hour, but this is the second time I have used this company, and they have been on time and professional. Joe went from job to job and was here for the whole day. I stopped for lunch and for water and that was it--he just kept on task and got things done. He's friendly and competent. I was very happy to pay for this work. You might be able to get away with some random person who is a friend of a friend or whatever for cheaper, but if you want to be sure it's going to be done on time and professionally, it's worth the money to get Mr. Handyman.”

They came out the very next day to evaluate our floors and provide a bid. The bid was very reasonable and they actually were able to come out the following day to start the project. The work was done quickly and very professionally. There was minimal dust involved (They taped off all the doorways) and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I am in love with the dog parks and so is my dog!*** Just moved to Avenue 900 and I love it here so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. The property is in great condition, lots of walking paths in and around the complex. They have TWO HUGE dog parks (one for large and one for small). The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is HUGE and well equipt. They have a mailing package system called LuxerOne that makes picking up packages extremely easy and convenient. I live in a 880 sq. ft one bedroom apartment and because of the layout, it feels WAY bigger than that. I love this place and highly recommend moving here!”
