“I have been renting here since November. I don’t understand all the bad reviews, honestly I moved in here in November of 2018, the house first of all let me say is gorgeous. I haven’t had any problems besides a fridge breaking but it was old and they said when I buy a new one I take that one with me. I had a couple other maintenance requests but there always super fast to come and fix, always are prompt and the guys are respectful. My biggest thing is that they respond in a timely manner and they do just that. Although when we moved in they said they would clear out the basement and steam clean the carpet going up to the stairs which never happened but I’m not too worried about it. I’m very pleased with this property management. You don’t it like this anymore in the city.”
