Was initially concerned about a few details on them, however matt was straight up and forthcoming on what I thought may have been potential issues. He eased all concerns I had, and was great to deal with. He is a straight shooter who wont b.s. you. Trucks have been great, and the forklift we use daily. Would definitely buy from again, and probably will when I retire these trucks.”

“This location was organized and efficient. The staff was helpful for the most part. I did have what I would consider a negative interaction with one of the men working in the lot. As I was leaving the lot he was not courteous during our exchange. I greeted (Like, "What?") because he was staring angrily. He asked if I had my paperwork and called in over the radio even after I offered it up. He was told I was good and let me go. I wouldn't ding this Copart location hard on this because one person wasn't big on customer service which is why I still give them a 4 star rating. Overall my transaction was good. The staff inside and the gentleman that escorted me out to my lot were very helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning.”
