When we arrived home from work on Monday evening, we discovered that our sewer line was blocked and water from our sinks and toilets on the first and second floors was backing up into our basement bath tub. I was panicked because snow was on its way and I did not want to be snowed in with children without being able use our kitchen and bathrooms.
