“I went in for a regular 55k maintenance, and everything went smoothly. I waited for my car in their lounge area where they have TVs, desks, and free WiFi so you can relax or work while waiting. I highly recommend the orange team. I've had some bad experiences with a different team in the past where they did unnecessary work without approval and then tried to charge me $250 for it. The manager was helpful at resolving the issue although I did still have to pay $150 of the bill. The orange team manager was very responsive to my concerns and promised me that he would come to me first for approval if he recommends any additional maintenance. He did find that my washer reservoir leaks and got me a quote for the part. But he did not pressure me into paying for it then. He gave me the option to shop around first and decide if I would like to replace it on my own or go back for them to do it. For that reason and the fact that it is not a very simple procedure, I will likely go back to him to have it replaced by him team. I'd also like to point out that I previously raised my concern about it leaking to the other team, and they told me it was fine despite the fact that I would completely run out of washer fluid every couple of months. So all in all, the orange team was kind, skillful, and respectful and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Toyota.”

“So I have to state that I love car auctions. Researching cars and inspecting them and assessing the market value and what my bid will be. I have gone for 3 cars there so far. 2 good and 1 lemon so it's at your own risk. This is one of the very few open public auctions. That being said. Wednesdays are the bigger auctions with three lanes of cars. Kinda crazy and overwhelming if you're not an industry person. Sat is smaller and usually the leftovers from Wednesday so if you can attend a Wednesday night auction it's better. The staff is informative and nice. Really a great group of people to ask questions and be assisted throughout the process.”

“Giving this rating a 4 star over a 3 star rating because our sales person. We worked with Jodi Law and she was fantastic. Knowledgable, helpful, no pressure, and very friendly. If dealing with this dealership I recommend you ask for her. Another positive was the dealer's willingness to work on the price. When all was done we got a great price for our vehicle. We purchased a 2014 1 owner Subaru Outback. This was recently traded and hadn't even been through the shop yet or prepared for sale. As a former car salesman I did my own market research. The car was already priced between $600 - $1000 below comparable vehicles in the market. Still they worked with us on price and we got about another $600 off the asking price. These are what will have me looking to come back to this dealer for my next vehicle. Very happy with those experiences. If the rating was just based on those 2 factors I would give 5 stars. However there are 3 reasons I would have rated 3 stars. 1. When we picked up the car it only had a half tank of gas. Again as a former car salesman we always gave the customer who just purchased from us a full tank of gas. 2. The detail cleaning was not very good at all. Was still dirt on the rims, dirt in some of the handles, glass was dirty, armor all splatter, etc. Wife even commented to me "Wow, you will have to finish the detail work." I will be bringing it in my garage to clean it the right way. 3. The finance guy who did all the paperwork (I think his name was Greg) was miserable! Never smiled once, was not pleasant at all. When we did not purchase an extended warranty he was rude. He was tossing things around on his desk. I honestly was getting close to asking him if there was an issue. If you do purchase from this dealership be prepared for this. I suggest requesting to have your salesperson with you when signing the paperwork. Again because of Jodi Law and the sales experience I will be looking to come back and I would recommend this dealership.”
