When I damaged the car within the first two hours and wasn't sure what to do, Nate kept me on the line while he contacted triple A and had help to me within 35 minutes. Nate had a replacement car waiting and the switch was problem free. Nate advised me Enterprise has a discount for Veterans so he saved me some money. I plan to rent several more cars this year. I will be renting them all from Enterprise on South Queen street. Above and beyond!”

“The conversation that I had b4 I arrived and what was available when I showed up was two different stories...they put me in a Hyundai which I told them up front many times I didnt not want...promising they would get me in a different SUV when one arrived. The SUV they gave me is to small for me and my family its essentially useless ..also I was told that the difference in price was going to be waived due to availability of the SUV I wanted...then I was told different when I arrived...I was told I'd be charged per day the difference.....so when I got home I called to talk to the guy (bruce) that I spoke with...he was off the weekend....how convenient Update... I talked to Bruce on Monday and Bruce was upset that I did not like the vehicle that I was put in and he is making it right by give me a new vehicle. 4 stars”

Amid the stress of our car being totaled during the holiday season, being unable to contact our insurance agent to finalize arrangements for a rental, and the other stresses involved with a vehicle accident, the staff at this location made our process so easy and even took it upon themselves to try and contact our elusive insurance agent to help get us in a vehicle right at the very end of their workday. We are so pleased, grateful, and will be return customers (hopefully without a car accident) in the future.”
