As I was leaving the lot he was not courteous during our exchange. I greeted (Like, "What?") because he was staring angrily. He asked if I had my paperwork and called in over the radio even after I offered it up. He was told I was good and let me go. I wouldn't ding this Copart location hard on this because one person wasn't big on customer service which is why I still give them a 4 star rating. Overall my transaction was good. The staff inside and the gentleman that escorted me out to my lot were very helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning.”

When we got to the store and explained what was happening, the gentleman at the counter said he wasn't convinced it was the battery and didn't want to sell us something we didn't need. We also showed him a picture of the battery which he noticed should still be under warranty. Conclusion: we called a towing service who determined it wasn't the battery, but another issue. Bottom line: the staff here are educated and professional. Highly recommend!”

Pull-up service, waiting room with snacks and coffee, personable and helpful staff. Prices are comparable ... a little on the higher side. Good location, though the service area is tucked away, so you won't see it from the main road. Easy in-and-out at traffic light. Excellent attention to detail.”
