“Honest people. Two years ago my 10 year old Simplicity riding mower had broken down. I know nothing mechanically about riding mowers and figured it had served it’s useful life, Hosler’s could have sold me a new mower on the spot - big $$$. Instead they offered to bring it into the shop to look at it. For the cost of an annual tune-up they returned it to me in perfect operating condition. I waited two years and until it wouldn’t start to get it serviced again. Last week they picked it up and returned it yesterday all tuned up and ready for the new mowing season - for nothing more than the price of a regular tune up. “Since I found out about Kim's Cars Southside, it's the only place that I will ever go again to have my car fixed. This place features honest mechanics, who aren't going to lie to you and tell you that something is wrong that isn't. Every single thing that I have had fixed at Kims, has been done efficiently, and honestly had to be done. I feel very comfortable with whatever they tell me is wrong with the car because I absolutely believe them. I had my car somewhere else in the past and was told that almost $1,000 worth of work had to be done due to having several problems going on. I went to Kim's and it was that only two simple things were needed to be done in order to pass inspection, and none of it cost me anywhere near $1,000 to fix. It's nice to go somewhere where you know you're not getting screwed over, and get excellent service every time!”

Bob was concerned that with the snow coming, it would take a while to get the part into the shop so he told me exactly where I could go pick up the part in the city myself (got it for $26 bucks, saving me a ton of money) and said to come buy the next day and he’d put it on for me. He had it done for me in under a half hour, and when I asked how much I owed, he said “Don’t worry about it, next time give me something hard to do!” Really appreciated the great service.
