“I called 11 am on a sat about the 450 Polaris. (It was onsale.$1,000 off.) Was on hold for a little while. Ended up calling back. Thought maybe we were forgotten about. Ended up we had called the Hellam location, so the lady gave us the # to the wrightsville location. They closed at 1 on sat so we knew we had to hurry, coming from Dover and all. Called wrightsville and talked to a salesman named Tim. Asked a few questions which were answered and said we were interested and on our way. Tim took some of my info over phone and told me to call 1800# at bank for approval a while to get process going before heading over, in which the bank wouldn't do it over the phone. They wanted an online application. (No biggie). Called Tim back. He was surprised they wouldnt do it over the phone but said he'd take care of it when I came in. Got there around noonish. They were pretty busy when we had arrived He had acknowledged us. Instantly knew we were the ones that called, said he would be with us shortly, and to feel free to look around a while or make ourselves at home by having a seat at the front desk. My husband and I decided to browse a little while (which made me glad they were busy because I had started to get a little indecisive after seeing all the other options). It was nice to not feel rushed. Tim worked with me and knocked additional $ off the already discounted price after discussing what I wanted my price to stay under. I had decided to go for the 2 seater in the event my husband and I wanted to ride trails. (Legally any place with trails wont allow 2 on an atv made for 1. Even if the seating looks big enough for 2.) Tim did an inspection of the atv. Noticed a bolt was missing on seat. Fixed that. Also noticed a manufacturing issue (that wasnt a deal breaker). It's literally just a part the helps the seat bend inward so you can convert it to a 1 person seater with the cargo/loading and unloading cart exposed. He ordered the part and will call us when its in. It still works either way. It just makes it a little harder to put 2nd seat inward. Tim filled our gas tank up, loaded us up in the truck with a forklift, gave us a free t shirt, free key chains, knocked 20% off the wench, gave us some pamphlets of places to ride and when we come in for our replacement part hes giving us 2 free tickets to go riding on a trail. Tim stayed way beyond closing time and made it clear from the beginning that he was perfectly ok with us taking our time. If it took us till 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30. As long as we were content with our decision and happy with our experience. He was also very protective over customers going near or touching other peoples atvs that were out by the service area waiting to be serviced. I personally liked and respected that. You wouldnt want someone messing with your ATV. Overall my experience was great!”

“I was having some serious issues with my Dodge Dakota, steering play and clunking and front suspension rough and clunky. Scheduled appointment online over the weekend. Mike contacted me to confirm appointment, got me in quick. The communication is great. They replaced my intermediate steering column and told me I needed front shocks to solve the suspension issues and gave estimate for repair. I asked if I left it could they get that done the next day? No problem. They also checked other systems and fluids while replacing the shocks. Made recommendation to replace brake and steering fluid soon, which was already on my list for upcoming service. Now my truck rides and steers smoothly, feels like a different truck, couldn't be happier. I trust that these guys will properly diagnose and recommend only the repairs I need, provide accurate estimates and not try to sell repairs or services I don't need. I may use a chain shop for no wait oil changes at times, but for repairs or major services this is the only shop my family's vehicles will be going to. When I took my car for inspection at Firestone last year, they had a long, expensive list of things that it needed. Because of the cost I ended up just doing what was necessary to pass inspection. One of the things they mentioned it would need for the next inspection was engine mounts which I had totally forgotten about. In recent months, my car started vibrating and shaking terribly while in idle. It got so bad that I finally drove into Barry's Automotive to schedule a time for them to look at my car even though I had never been here before. The mechanic said he could look at my car right away. He found it was those mounts I had forgotten about then the manager gave me an immediate quote (way, way less than Firestone had quoted). I asked him to put me on their schedule, but the manager said he could order the part immediately and have it delivered and the car fixed within an hour! When finished, my car was super smooth again!
