“My wife scraped a stone wall Bridge and damaged the entire passenger side of the vehicle from the front wheel well to the rear bumper. I thought it was going to be extremely expensive to fix considering half the car would need paint, a 20 inch rim needed repair, and the rear bumper would need to be completely replaced because it had a plastic cladding strip that was one piece with the entire bumper. And with the radar for the parking sensors, rear cross traffic alert, etc. I was assuming labor just for that would be pricey. However I found Calibers prices very reasonable and competitive. They were the choice for my Insurance company, and I had never used them before. All the employees I spoke with were very friendly and nice. They were extremely busy, so scheduling was a month out, which wasn't great, but the wait was well worth it. The car was still drivable so it wasn't a huge deal for me. The car was done in about a week, which was sooner than I thought it would be finished once my appointment time came around. They even did the entire inside of the car and cleaned up the drivers ivory leather seat which was starting to stain blue in a spot where my wife slides across the piece of bolstering. I am very pleased with the results and my experience was great. I have 2007 car that was my first brand new car that needs some love for the fading paint. While I know they are busy, I may just take it there if they would be willing to paint it, regardless of the price since they did such a good job and were so friendly.”

It unfortunately arrived leaking and just about empty. I called and Jon in parts sent out the solvent the same day. We all make mistakes and these people owned up to it and took great care of me!! “8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years! 8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.”
