Checked the car out and I am scheduling my winter detailing for my Ascent and Outback All I also need to give thanks to MIke Cantella. I went for a quick express tire rotation for my Ascent on a Saturday afternoon and just missed them as they close at 3PM on Saturday. I saw Mike pulling out and he stopped to see what I needed. We spoke for 15 minutes and I returned the following Monday and he got me taken care of. He also spotted a bad wiper blade before they took my car back. First class service here EVERY time.”

“Hello, West Central Equipment in Butler is my go to parts for both of my John Deere tractors. The people in sales and in parts are great!! If they don't have the part you need , if can be ordered and will arrive in a timely fashion. Lots of inventory here to look at and a very knowledgeable sales and parts staff. Someday , I would live to buy a 1025r backhoe. Right now , they had tons of them on stock. Love this store and John Deeres. New Alexandria store is a great store too!! Butler is my favorite, though. “Boulder in the middle of the lane on the north-east extension 2 miles from quartertown. Got off the turnpike and called Hinkle’s. Mike was great. Put the van up immediately and identified that we required a body shop. That the Boulder damage most likely would cost more than the current value of the car. Two young kids and 4 adults and Mike walked us through what to do next. Allowed us to leave the car in the back until a tow truck could come. Had the state troop stop by so we could report it and helped us get a rental. His empathy and honesty for our situation was refreshing.”
