“I contacted Jeff Critchlow Auto Body after I hit a deer and the front end and driver side of my car was pretty badly damaged. Sandy was extremely kind and helpful over the phone and she informed me step by step how to handle this with my insurance company, the car rental, and informed me I could bring my car in at my convenience and they will be ready for me. I was running late for work the day I was taking my car in, Sandy helped me over the phone to accommodate me so I would not be there too long when I arrived with my car. I was in and out picked up by the rental company. I was contacted by Mark ( I believe that was his name)every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my car. He described everything in detail in a way that I would understand and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was annoying him, he was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. He told me he would write a specific note down on my paperwork, and he did just that, where as other places don't follow through sometimes when they say they will do little things to help you out. I appreciated his time and help. They were also accurate and honest about how long my car would be there. When It was time to pick my car up, they told me I could leave the rental off there and they would handle getting it returned, this saved me so much time. When I arrived and saw my car I could instantly tell I was extremely pleased just from the looks of it!! I was so excited to see my car all fixed and the paint job was perfect. When i had dropped my car off it was pretty dirty on the inside and out, it was spotless when I picked it up... even the inside!! I met Jeff, the owner and Sandy was there to get me squared away( they even waited for me because I was running late once again 🤦♀️). Even though their work day was done, they both took the time to talk to me and Jeff even gave me some pointers about other car issues I had since before my accident. I had some concerns regarding the rental I was turning in because I didn't have time to clean it up a bit before turning it in, and had driven through an area where lines must have just been painted. Jeff assured me I didn't have to worry and even followed up with me to let me know it was able to be cleaned off. They went above and beyond helping me with my car, my concerns, and even the rental car. I could not be more grateful and pleased with the service. My dad and uncle always told me, "Go to Jeff Critchlow," and now I know why! I will definitely be back with any future needs! Thank you so much to everyone that made my car actually look and feel better than when I first purchased it!”

After speaking with him in person, it was clear he is well versed in all things detailing. He goes to trainings and seminars to stay up to date on new methods and products, and was careful to ask about any newer paint or things he needed to be aware of when doing his work. I took my truck and my wife's SUV to him on back to back days for exterior details and we couldn't have been happier. He made the paint on my black 2008 Silverado have a mirror shine again! I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people. It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to.
