I was running out of options and prayed that I could find a jeweler who would deliver great customer service as well as a great product. After leaving one Jewelry store, I stopped into James Diamond and met with James himself. He sat down with me and rather than just speaking on the ring I wanted made, he made sure I was ready for him to make a ring. He took his time to understand what I wanted and even helped to better the ring I designed by giving me his professional input. He may take some time to reach out to you, but this is only because he is constantly busy due to the great work he does.
