“Dr. Stover is a very knowledgeable doctor. He isn't drill happy like most dentists out there. He only does work when it's necessary and he's always up front about prices before hand. He also split my work up into two visits which actually made it a lot more tolerable. He really takes patient comfort into account. The receptionist Beth is also extremely nice. Scheduling an appointment was simple. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I really do like seeing Dr. Stover. ”

Joyce at the front desk is a joy to work with when scheduling our 6 month cleanings and any follow up appointments. Through the years, my husband and I have had some extensive dental work that included root canals, wisdom tooth extraction, implants, and crowns. Dr. Rogers always makes it a pleasant experience. He has advanced dental technologies where he is able to craft a crown or implant right in the office. Did I mention he is also great with kids? My son needed a palate expander and braces. Dr. Rogers explained the process thoroughly and made the experience a pleasant one. He always makes our smiles brighter. We love Dr. Rogers! ❤”

“Before reading below, please know that the regional manager reached out to me, was incredibly kind, and this issue was resolved. Because of that, I changed my rating from 1 to 5. It was truly exceptional customer service . *SITUATION RESOLVED, NEW MGMT* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The doctors, assistants, hygienists were all great, BUT I went in for extensive work, and I was told I had great insurance that would cover all of it. Weeks later I receive a bill for over $1400. I call freaking out because I NEVER would have agreed to that. They tell me it was an error on their part, they are sorry they didn't explain better that I hit my maximum, and they would take care of it. I thank them and go for my next cleaning. Today I received a bill for $1527.04. NEVER AGAIN.”
