“Everyone from Transformation Electric was great to work with from scheduling with Kristen and working with the electricians Bryon and Alex. They upgraded my old fuse box and rewired my whole house in 7 days. I was very impressed with all the work they did including all the extra stuff that I requested while they worked. They made as little holes as possible and filled a lot of them which was a bonus since the other quotes I received did not include filling the holes and was told I would need to have a contractor come in after they were done. They even put in an exhaust in my bathroom and ran the exhaust line to my attic so all my step dad had to do was cut the hole to the outside for the vent. They honestly went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.”

Did a great job installing the generator. There guys clean up after the install. Kohler Generator works real well. A week after generator was installed my power went out. With specific electric outage switch issues throughout the new (but dated) place (ie kitchen, dining room and bedrooms). I thought I was being Punk’d - I haven’t even unpacked! Called HIGGINS ELECTRIC - I spoke to Theresa (so nice and solution-oriented), who put me at ease and ultimately dispatched some of their best electricians > Krista and Bob! Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)… masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL >> straight to the point. Like CSI-“Where’s this issue!? What did you experience, etc” They both went to their detective work. Very thorough, asking questions and checking outlets and overhead wiring, panels, etc. THE SOLVE/RESOLUTION HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon identified a random switch outlet in the condo (kitchen - near the stove) that was rigged to control all those the overhead fixture to the various rooms (who knew? and why) HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon updated my outdated electrical wiring: replacing my kitchen ballast and switch (that crapped out LIVE while we were standing there; swapped out my dining room fixture; and updated the master bedroom light/ceiling fan with LED/remote control fixture! THE SWEET SPOT From being so very upset, frustrated and despondent about the electricity in my 1st new place, I was immediately transformed to a place of THANKS AND APPRECIATION above and beyond! and loving the fabulous and functional updates! HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM ROCKS!
