The woman who answered the phone asked a lot of questions and then told me some things I should try before they sent someone out. One of her suggestions worked. I was thrilled as electrical work is expensive. My second issue was that I wanted someone to install radiant heat to an outside entryway of my house. I called many local electricians and flooring companies and was told by the ones that did answer my calls that it could not be done on an all electric home. When I called Shafnisky they made an appointment, showed up on time, and told me I could do this myself. Tom showed me what to look for when buying the product and exactly what I would need and how much I would need to do the job. They did not charge me either time. I recommend them 100%.”
