“Tia went above and beyond multiple times for me. I came with a list of pre owned games I wanted to purchase and she contacted stores around the country to get them sent to the store. She showed great patience and perseverance to get the items I was looking for and made sure I was satisfied after I came in with a difficult and tedious ask. Another time I came in the store to trade in various systems and games and a few games did not end up going through the trade in process and were left at the store after getting lost in the shuffle. Once she noticed this she immediately called to let us know (which we would have not remembered otherwise) and set aside the games with very clear notes for employees the next day on what the situation was for when we came back in. She does a great job as a representative at the store and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to the next visit for any future gaming needs.”

“I have had very good experiences here at this location. The staff was very helpful. Parking is a little bit of an issue due to the fact that the parking lot is extremely small. The store itself has an average amount of selection for whatever you're looking for. They have a section for iPhones. They have a section for Samsungs. They have a section for LG. Like I said it was an average amount of selection but you will find what you need in this store. I dropped my phone on the ground in a parking lot and completely cracked the screen. I brought my phone to this location and the gentleman there was able to help me through the process of getting a new phone and switching my number to that new phone. Gentleman who work there looked into the computer and saw that I was eligible for an upgrade to my phone. So instead of paying all that money for a new phone I was able to get a discount because of my eligibility for the upgrade. So the gentleman that worked there saved me a nice little bit of money with that move. The thing I remember most about this establishment was the friendliness and how helpful the staff was there and especially the gentleman who assisted me. I would trust this place to do honest business.”
