“Although my husband was only there for a month, the care at Floral Creek met my expectations. He was cared for and accommodated as he declined rapidly. While on hospice I was able to sit with him in his room. I was able to listen to the staff's interactions with the residents and what I heard was singing and positive engagements. I noticed everyone worked together as a team to get the job done even if it wasn't part of their job description. From my first interaction with Katheryn to tour the facility, Christine at the front door who was offering help to everyone, and Heather singing with the residents, I knew it was the right place for my husband. The food was tasty and Chef Fran did an awesome job of accommodating everyone's schedule, likes and dislikes. Nora and Christine, the nurses went the extra mile to keep my husband comfortable and me informed. The staff was always pleasant and I can tell they really liked their job. The resources they offered were very helpful. I truly appreciate all they have done to care for my husband and I during the most difficult time in my life and would recommend giving them a try.”
