“My wife of 46 years drew her last breath in my arms on October 26, 2020. There aren't enough words to show my appreciation for the aides, nurses and staff for the way we were treated. She had a stroke in July, and went to Eldercrest in September. She was not a good patient. She was allergic to soaps and other chemicals. I would bring home anything that touched her skin and wash them in her soaps. The home volunteered to wash them, but residual still harmed her. I called, they gathered up articles , met me at the door and clean to her room. The home always used her soap, and shampoo. I called twice a day and they were always ready to give me some information about her condition. When she was in hospice, they allowed me to be with her. I was amazed at the cleanliness, cheerfulness and the way people were treated. It seemed that they were almost always moving around. This was the cleanest, most cheerful and brightest home that I have ever been in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELDERCREST! John Brotherton”
