“I decided to first give it a trial and see if boxing suited my fitness routine. Absolutely loved these classes!!! Elyse (the owner) is wonderful. She is currently pregnant but still teaches some classes and is an inspiration to all women. All the other instructors are super great and friendly as well. My personal favorite is Randy as he pushes you to go above and beyond. He focuses a lot on technique which helps box in the correct way and not just punching the bag. Unfortunately I was moving to another city so I had to cancel my membership but boxing has become part of my life now and I want to thank CKO for the same.”
