Since then I have been back into the store and had a very positive experience. I was also contacted by the store to discuss the incident and I am now sure it was probably nothing more than being caused by a busy day. I have also now received my glasses and could not be happier with them, which adds to the positive experience. I was worried going from a Lens Crafters to a smaller store about not having a selection but there were plenty of choices and I managed to find a perfect pair.”
