It was truly exceptional customer service . *SITUATION RESOLVED, NEW MGMT* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The doctors, assistants, hygienists were all great, BUT I went in for extensive work, and I was told I had great insurance that would cover all of it. Weeks later I receive a bill for over $1400. I call freaking out because I NEVER would have agreed to that. They tell me it was an error on their part, they are sorry they didn't explain better that I hit my maximum, and they would take care of it. I thank them and go for my next cleaning. Today I received a bill for $1527.04. NEVER AGAIN.”
