“I have worked at this gym, And Went here for 4 years. I have never seen a gym have such good customer retention. Rick who is the owner is Absolutely the best. Management is on point. People spend sometimes up to 4 hours here, Which in The gym business is unheard of. They could bump up their membership prices , And I would still go!!! And for the post Down Below slamming the kid Zone, Obviously haven't been to too many gyms. I have been to every big and small name brand gyms and the last 14 years. Me my wife have 3 beautiful children who absolutely beg to go to the kids club Because of the great staff and kid area there. Universal athletic club kid zone is the best I have ever heard of or been to myself.”
