The experience of buying an engagement ring can be daunting, but they provided answers to all of our questions with zero pressure to buy anything. What's more, I decided to purchase a lab grown diamond, and even though it's less profit for the store, David conveyed that in his experience as a gemologist, he can't tell the difference between lab grown and organically harvested. Being in the military, I had to leave Richboro and do everything else remotely. They made the process super easy and were VERY responsive. In an era of everything being very impersonal, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I have already recommended them to military friends that have never stepped foot in PA because I know they will get the same level of service I got. Highly highly recommend!”

Brooke carefully listened to all of our ideas and desired budget, and provided helpful suggestions on design execution. She sourced several really beautiful diamonds within the provided price range and assured us if we didn't see one we were happy with she would continue to look until we did. There was zero sales pressure. She listened to all of our feedback and we were able to design a ring in two appointments. The timeline provided during the design process was accurate, we were provided a computerized demo as well as a wax model to critique/make adjustments to if needed. It was shipped to our house extremely fast, less then a week.
