“Always a great Christmas Light display. Free hot chocolate and popcorn on the weekends plus Santa is there on specified days and times. We drive past often and stop and enjoy occasionally. Afterwards, drive past the Santa display on Orchard Avenue, right around the corner. We donated a Santa for the display. He's the biggest and oldest on the porch!”

“This is the second time I've stayed here, the service was tremendous! Both times I stayed here for a wedding party. The bar is open late, they have a large lounge area, and a nice fire pit outside. The beds were comfortable and the location is very convenient! The shops across the way at Providence Town center are very nice, very thing you need, and close to all major roads. I highly recommend this hotel!!”

“I share positive reviews about Dogwood Haven every time I go. The owner, Mark, is a great guy and will Bend over backwards to help. It is a quiet campground with no real amenities. But that keeps the price down. You will not find a less expensive place to camp for the season. Each seasonal site has water and electricity. If you need to dump, they will send around a tank to remove the contents of your black tank. I love the place!”

“I felt a little out of place walking into the hotel in my dirty work pants and muddy work boots. Very new and shiny and clean, too clean as a matter of fact. It brings me to my singular issue, the sheets smelled like bleach, too much bleach, like way way too much bleach. However I’ll take the smell of bleach any day over the bed bugs, the roaches and the poor cleanliness that plagues some of the other motels in the area. Last thing, I’m curious as to how well this hotel will hold up, all it takes is for some employees & managers to stop caring and it’ll quickly start falling apart. Easy 5 stars for now, remind me to update in a few years ;)”

“I have been a resident for @ 2 yrs. I really am 100% satisfied living here. We have added a large porch and that makes the single wide better for my lab and I. I'm happy the Village allowed me to build it. Evon is organized and on top of her game. Along with the maintenance staff the park is well maintained. Roads were repaired trees trimmed snow removed in a timely fashon. Thanks to all whom work to keep it such a nice place to live.”

“The place didn't look like much on the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I got into the room. It had a king size bed and jacuzzi tub both of which fit 2 very comfortably. My favorite feature was the bathroom. I am in love with that shower floor tile and shower head. All in all, a great experience.”

Having read two bad reviews (from the doctor and the Columbus weekend guest with parents), the doctor should have understood you are a small business owner. You tried to accommodate different dates. The other should have understood the fire code violation. That you were given a rating of 1 for the property certainly indicates their review wasn't credible and they were only out to hurt your business.”
