“We had a great time on this hot, humid day at Jacobus Park. My friends rented it for a celebration, and having the kitchen and playing areas besides the large pavilion made it work for all ages. The shade of the pavilion and breeze blowing through made us comfortable. Parking was handy and it is close to 83. A very nice party place for a large group!”

“Old fashioned park. Tall trees so it cool in the heat of summer. Nice pavilions.”
Address: 4925 Boyd Rd, Brogue, PA 17309, USA
“A leisurely 2 hour hike through rolling, forested terrain with a nice overlook of the Safe Harbor Dam at a power line cut. Note: keep going straight on Boyd Rd, it becomes a gravel road, there is a small parking lot at the end. An informational board provides trail maps. County trails marked with Green posts, but most of trail is well-marked with light blue blazes as it joins the Maso-Dixon.”

“Always a pleasure to just get away from the City and enjoy nature for what it was intended for. Nice scenic trails for photoshoots. The trial ends by the Red Covered Bridge, which is another nice place to take pictures. The sound of the Creek's water. The birds whistling or singing to attract a mate. It's different point of view for different seasons as well. Spring/Summer give you more sounds of nature as Fall/Winter give you a much quieter experience and it's mostly the water passing on by.”

“A nice quiet park with well marked trails. Not the best parking lot”

“Great but you need to have help if you have more than 1 child. There's no fence around the damn and with 2+ children It can be kind of scary. For me anyways. I have a 2 and a 1 yo.”
