I was very upset about not being able to cancel a photo order and then when I tried to pick it up early one morning and the store was still not open after waiting 20 minutes, I was LIVID. I called the store, no response, I called customer service and they were no help (even told me they didn't open until 3 hrs later, 7am vs 10am and not true but then called the store and learned they opened late). Now I was about just fed up and ready to stop ever shopping ANY Walgreens, but thought lets give the store one last shot. I called the store, and it was open. There was an issue and they did open late, but manager was honest about it and apologized for the situation and compensated for the situation. I understand it was an honest mistake and thanks for handling a difficult situation. Glad you guys care about your customers and service!”
