“Today (07/08/2021), John helped me on a difficult case. My drain line on garage clogged, another plumber came to my house yesterday and was not able to unclog it, the plumber told me the pipe went bad and the only way to fix it was to dig and replace the pipe and cost was going to be nearly 3K. John came on site, he tried one thing then the other, used all the possible ways he could think of, the clog was still there. He tried one last thing multiple times and finally it worked. A lot of times we all take the result as granted. When comparing the results of the two plumbers, John is so great! He understood the concern of the customer, would take one more step then one more step to let customer happy. When doing the right job, everyone would be happy! Would recommend him to any one!”

“From the courteous voice on the phone when I initially called to the professional, responsive, reasonable, and competent service from Tom, I feel blessed in an urgent situation to have Tom come within 12 hours to rescue a situation that occurred when a friend tried to replace my bathtub handle stem that broke off and the main water had to be shut off so I had no use of water at all until Tom kindly showed up at 7AM the next morning despite his busy work schedule. I was able to use my water again as Tom installed isolation valves on the water supplies to the bathtub until he could purchase new handles to install. Good diagnosis and efficient use of time.
