“A really great restaurant in south Hanover. The outdoor seating was amazing. The beer wall was cool and had some interesting options. The food was good and about the same price if not a buck or two higher (but not crazy) than other area restaurants. Our server Morgan was exceptional. I took the family and it was a great night. We will definitely be back. Edit: We did go back with my wife's family. Had a great time. Our server Danielle was great and really made an effort to accommodate a time crunch. The steak sandwich is probably the best sandwich I have had in years (maybe ever), all the food we had was excellent.”

I ordered the soup which was entirely too salty and the crab cakes which was way too spicey. I could not eat the crab cakes!! Bring back the original chef. This cost you a star!! We got 3 thin crust pizzas last Friday night they were right on made properly the dough was perfect the sauce great tasting they use good ingredients when it comes to Pizza places this place is the place to go in bucks county. Let's face it everybody says their Pizza is the greatest but I have eaten pizza for many years and I look at many aspects about a pizza whether it's good or bad the dough how it's made how it taste their sauce their cheese weather they use cheap ingredients whether the pizzas it's thrown together I can tell these things immediately. They make pizza the way it should be made all ingredients is right on. And their Pizza is very consistent many places have no consistency this place does. And they have a good delivery service if they tell you 45 minutes they're pretty consistent as far as time goes which is good many places tend to do too much volume and the pizza is too slow coming to your home and by the time you get it it's no longer fresh.”

“Had a great lunch here today, first time. The Pho was outstanding, and it starts with the broth. It was one of the heartier Pho broths I’ve ever had. You could tell it was soaking in beef bone marrow for a LONG time. Plenty of basil too, and a large portion overall. I also enjoyed a coconut drink with fresh meat inside, always a must. “I've eaten at the Palm tavern before and have always had excellent food, but I was a bit disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a burger, after my daughter raved about them, but it was not that great. I ordered the burger medium well, but there was no pink to it, and it was quite dry. For a normal burger, this might be okay, but this thing was really thick and had charring in the outside. It was a chore to eat. Next time I will order medium, but I didn't want it to be too rare. The french fries were excellent as usual, but they were cold when our food arrived. And boy did we have a long wait for the food. There servers were friendly and serviced us quickly at the table, but the place wasn't busy at all, and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. Again, this visit was opposite of every other time I've eaten here, when my food was awesome and arrived quickly, so hopefully it was just a fluke. I will definitely try again, as I had good experiences before, but that was several months ago.”

For sides there was a tasty bow tie pasta with feta, spinach and pine nuts (I think)...Fantastic. The creamy coleslaw was top notch and the chocolate chip cookie was baked to perfection. “I grew up in Upper St. Clair near Ardolino's and it was always my favorite pizza as a kid. I recently took my 18 month old son to hike some of the trails in Boyce Mayview Park right behind the restaurant, and we got pizza afterwards (his favorite). It was just as delicious as I remembered it, the place was clean, nice menu with plenty of other options, and food came out right on time. We ate outside and left happy and full. “I've never been to a pizza restaurant with so many different kinds of pie. Talking to the owner, you soon realize how much of a perfectionist he is when it comes to everything pizza. This is a man that doesn't just want to make pizza, he wants to make the BEST pizza and he wants to own that title in every single category. We had the Detroit Red Top. I know this sounds cliche or even like an exaggeration, but I think it was the best pizza I've ever had. We will be back soon. We still have to try the Chicago and Roman pizzas.”
