“We wanted to write this review for RKA Construction for doing such a fine job on our kitchen remodel. We were so thankful that the time and effort were taken to meet with us on numerous occasions to discuss our plans and inform us properly on our best course of action. Moreover, we appreciated that the company would take on our job while other Stroudsburg area companies wanted nothing more than new construction opportunities. The positive and consultative approach gave us the comfort we needed to make our decision and move forward with our project and the company. Once our project started, we were pleased to find the staff accommodating and friendly. The foreman, Keith, was extremely helpful and did much to make our renovation go smoothly. The demolition went according to plan and we were happy that the staff removed all the residual refuse from our property in a timely fashion. Chris, Steve, and Carl did a fine job once the remodel continued and we were so happy that we could trust the staff in our home with our pets, even when we were not at home. That really meant a lot to us. Furthermore, whenever we had any issue, the staff had no hesitation in making the proper adjustments and gave us a satisfactory solution. In closing, we're thankful for a job well done. We are happy to recommend the firm to others. We know that remodeling always has some challenges, and we were gladdened by the fact that the company helped us through those challenges and showed how much they cared about us.”

“I worked mainly with Tamara who owns K&T, which specializes home renovations. Tamara also runs an interior design company, which was extremely useful, as I was doing a renovation and needed help selecting furniture and decorating the house. Tamara was a pleasure to work with on executing the renovation which was done by her husband Kris as well as decorating the place. The job was done very well, and included putting in new doors, curtains, painting, and hanging up TVs. When it came to decorating, Tamara took full ownership of the project, designing everything from the layout of the furniture, to the exact furniture to buy, to purchasing home decorations and taking pictures of everything for my listing. She is also easy to reach and has a very flexible schedule. An added bonus of working with Tamara is that her husband is a fully licensed contractor, which saved time when I needed to do some minor renovation type work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“Guy Palmer and his crew do an excellent job! My son had his roof replaced by Guy because of a glowing recommendation he received from a neighbor who had his roof replaced by Guy. After meeting with Guy, I engaged him to replace my roof & gutters. Guy is very easy to deal with, listens very carefully to what the homeowner says, and delivers a quality product. It is easy to see how he builds his business with referrals. He was on the job the entire time to supervise his crew who did a fantastic job. He explained what his crew was doing and how those steps were important parts of a high quality roof job. It is obvious that Guy takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. He provided us with proof of his insurance coverage without us even asking. Tarps were used to protect our shrubs and flowerbeds. After the job was done, a FANTASTIC job was done cleaning up our yard. You would never know that there had been roof shingles on the ground. They used a magnet in the flowerbeds and lawn to pick up any stray nails and a leaf blower on the sidewalk and driveway to remove the shingle granules. He paid attention to every detail. I'm sure I failed to mention something in this review, but those omissions would have been more glowing comments. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GUY PALMER WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS.”
