“Talked to the owner, Glen, when my gutter unexpectedly fell off of the house on an extremely windy day. He came out as soon as possible to survey the damage and was able to make his recommendation over the phone while I was at the work. Fortunately, I was off of work the next day and setup the repair date accordingly. Glen put up my gutter and noticed some issues with our shingles, in which we asked him to proceed with those repairs. The work was finished in less than an hour.
