They came up, checked out the hail damage first, sent back a contract quickly and then were installing my new roof. The roof looks great, they did it within one day, and cleaned up the area very nicely. Then about a year later, Superstorm Sandy ripped off some siding of my house. They matched up my color siding perfectly and did a great job again.
