“I share positive reviews about Dogwood Haven every time I go. The owner, Mark, is a great guy and will Bend over backwards to help. It is a quiet campground with no real amenities. But that keeps the price down. You will not find a less expensive place to camp for the season. Each seasonal site has water and electricity. If you need to dump, they will send around a tank to remove the contents of your black tank. I love the place!”

“I have been a resident for @ 2 yrs. I really am 100% satisfied living here. We have added a large porch and that makes the single wide better for my lab and I. I'm happy the Village allowed me to build it. Evon is organized and on top of her game. Along with the maintenance staff the park is well maintained. Roads were repaired trees trimmed snow removed in a timely fashon. Thanks to all whom work to keep it such a nice place to live.”

“Had a really nice first experience here. The camp site was clean and spacious. I like that all sites come with a fire pit and picnic table. The pool is well kept and clean. The kids loves the slide and diving board! Playground is new and safe for play. Also did ping pong and basketball. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. “Beautiful, friendly, and serene community that is very well maintained. They have a bathroom and shower, as well as washer and dryer facilities that are clean and well located. There is a pool, playground, and pavillion with a grill. It is also located in Hatfield, Montgomery County which is a very nice area with friendly people. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff is. They got us a spot when we really needed one and where absolutely fantastic about it. Even our dogs love it here! I highly recommend this community for either a short or a long term stay...”

“If you have business, in our case a wedding, in the heart of Philadelphia this is a great place to park your RV and they are very Tiny House friendly. Philly traffic is rough but it's about 18 minutes to the tourist attractions downtown. You will have to move to the dump station there if you plan a long stay. Does not have hookups including waste.”

“My husband, daughter, and I currently reside there. In the beginning, they were a bit nit picky about the dumbest things, but we turned a run down home into something of beauty, that's for sure! In the beginning when we went looking at fixer upper homes, the staff was anything but pleasant. The property manager showed absolutely NO enthusiasm when showing us homes and made it seem like we were bothering her. I try to avoid the office as much as possible. I can say that the last 2 times I've had to contact them for something they were not rude at all so maybe they are starting to realize that being rude isn't going to get you anywhere (hopefully). I have to say I am SO GLAD they threw out some of the "TRASH" residing in the community. They have placed a beautiful new double wide at the corner of our street & there are also a few other brand new homes in the area that are really nice. The lot rent does go up every year, maybe $10 per year. Compared to a 2 bedroom apartment paying almost $1100/month, the $743 we pay really isn't bad at all. Where we live is very quiet. I feel as though we made a good choice moving here. I really like it. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow the rules, you won't have any trouble. Maybe the occasional attitude from someone who doesn't feel like working that day at the office, but other than that it's really not that bad. :)”
