Nice retired people run it I believe. I like that you can only get in basically during daylight hours as well, prevents more theft. Make sure if you're coming in with an empty for a pickup, you go across the street first, otherwise you're going to have to exit the facility and do a big turnaround just to be forced to wait in line all over again.
