“Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! It is always nerve wrecking to hire someone to do work, especially an expensive project like a deck. Adam was amazing and reassuring throughout the entire process - from his quick response to emails, flexibility in changing plans and providing updated estimates, and ability to problem solve on the job. We had Adam install a new deck after our prior deck started falling off of the house and was unsafe. Adam gave an estimate within a day that was by far much better than other local contractors (I suspect they were not interesting in actually doing the work, or were just trying to price gouge). We had a difficult design with a tight area for stairs, and Adam figured out a way to make it work. He gave us choices and options throughout. He always showed up on time, and was incredible at communicating. He was always sure to tell you his schedule, where he was in the process, and if there were any issues. He showed up on time, worked a hard days work and did an amazing job. The deck came out perfect! It is far better than I could have imagined. It is now safe and securely attached to the house, and we absolutely love it. His attention to detail is impeccable. He made sure every square inch of the deck was perfect and that we were happy with it. Personally Adam is one of the most polite and respective people I have ever met. He was always respectful of our property and our time. He left everything clean and there wasn't even a single dropped screw or piece of scrap. Hire him!!”

They are also helpful if you ask, I think this is part of their sales approach, I heard they aren't allowed to talk to customers first. The clothing is always so cute and there's always good deals and every time I go it seems I have a $15 reward on my account. The sales associates frequently give my coupons to use as well if I don't have any. They have a wide range of sizes and it's never to crowded so you don't need to wait in line to check out or try on. This store credit card is probably one of my most used!”
