I bought a high end used stroller I was so excited to get my hands on. When it arrived a critical piece had broken in transit. I sent a few pictures to the return department and I worked with Katie to try and fix and possibly repair it. Unfortunately, after some research it was decided that the stroller could not be repaired, so they delivered an excellent replacement for the stroller I had initially purchased. It was packaged very well, and even came in the color I originally wanted but couldn’t find! Katie was so professional and courteous and I felt very comfortable working with her. I’ve never had better customer service, this is an excellent and trustworthy company.”
