I panicked I don't use this phone like normal people. I use it for a few things and don't give it to very many people. Just kinda a backup. I was terrified about making a change as I am really not technologically smart about transferring things and how to do it. When I set up the appt and went it I was astounded. Brandy was kind, considerate and very patient. I had many questions and she answered them all. I have had others condasending in tone. Look I'm old and I needed someone to guide me. Brandy went above and beyond her calling as a representative for Cricket. THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES NEEDED IN THIS WORLD TODAY. Brandy is an asset to your company and to your store in Monaca. Brandy is a keeper and I would not hestitate to recommend anyone to your store and Brandy. SHE IS THE BEST and is extremly knowledgable on the phones she sells which is rare. Sales are important but customer service is number 1 to me. Been there, done that I was a customer service representative for 23 years, I know.Please acknowledge her for who she is and what she does. “This was simply the best service and support I have ever received for home repair. We had a leak from 2nd floor tub drain water through dining room ceiling. We called Armstrong and Ken arrived next day. He looked through the wall, ceiling, under the tub, took pictures and wrote up a detailed report. During the repair he noticed another item beyond the issue. He made the original repair and we hope to get him back for the new issue. Yes the house is over 100 years old. Here is why Ken and Armstrong are great. He taped up the wall because he knew we have cats, he was extra careful with everything, left not a trace and had that magic of keeping me informed at each step. If there are five stars, Ken gets six.”

“I called Taggart Plumbing after an issue with a drain pipe from the bathroom. I received a message as they were en route at the beginning of the time window, and Chuck arrived a short time later. He was quick to identify the issue(s) and necessary steps to fix the issue. Chuck kept me up to date on the cost breakdown prior to completing each step and patiently answered the questions that I had. He was able to finish the work the same day, covered all floor and appliances while doing the work, and left the area clean. I would highly recommend their services!”
