“Where to start?! From the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by their very friendly and gorgeous German Shepherds, David and Anna were nothing but amazing. The experience of buying an engagement ring can be daunting, but they provided answers to all of our questions with zero pressure to buy anything. What's more, I decided to purchase a lab grown diamond, and even though it's less profit for the store, David conveyed that in his experience as a gemologist, he can't tell the difference between lab grown and organically harvested. Being in the military, I had to leave Richboro and do everything else remotely. They made the process super easy and were VERY responsive. In an era of everything being very impersonal, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I have already recommended them to military friends that have never stepped foot in PA because I know they will get the same level of service I got. Highly highly recommend!”

While there he was treated with respect and dignity and received exceptional care from beginning to end.
