Just left this place now, had 3 of my watches batteries replaced & the guy was so nice & it was so quick! Great customer service!! Only thing is cash only so be prepared for that. But I definitely recommend
Bought a vintage watch from him. A smidge overpriced, but was an original in pristine condition. He came down a bit and I went for it. His politics may not jive with mine whatsoever, but as a watch nerd, I enjoy chatting with him about horology. If you can keep him on that subject, it's a very pleasant experience. My wife has gotten her watches repaired by him in the past and has always been happy with his work as well

Robert is amazing. One of the most knowledgeable watch repair people I have ever met. Super service. When I first brought a watch to him to get a new battery he commented on how he felt the quality of the movement was excellent. The watch was a gift, purchased at LL Bean. Now over ten years later, three or four watch bands, one new crystal and many batteries, all replaced by Robert, the watch is still running like new. When the watch needs any type of repair or attention I will go out of my way to bring it to him.
