“I was a tenant at the Ledges, very recently for a short duration and had a very pleasant and positive experience. The staff, particularly Mike and Randy are genuinely customer focused and go extra length to address all reasonable requests. They don't' throw the rule book at you. The apartment I leased was totally renovated just before I moved in and therefore was really nice. The location is awesome. The neighbors were friendly. Many of them are pet owners, but manage their pets very well. A few things to consider if you are checking out the Ledges, that the management is very aware of : In fall, expect fall leaves to brush your feet as you step out of your door step, on the first floor since there is no security entrance to the building. Also, give the local weather, covered parking option would be a nice optional add on: Today it is not. Overall, will recommend the Ledges, especially Mike and Randy.”

“We came in a little after 5pm on Saturday evening to look at and possibly test drive a Chevrolet Equinox LT Sports Edition. We had no intention of purchasing that day. We really loved the show room model with the Cajun Red. After speaking to Casey and running numbers, we couldn’t pass up this vehicle. They were amazing to work with, helped us through with he accessories we wanted, protection plans, warranty options and financing. It went quickly and efficiently. I don’t think our checkout process has ever gone so smoothly and without issue. We will definitely buy through them again. Everyone from the GM to our Salesperson was fantastic. “While driving home last night my tire pressure indicator came on. I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee. I will definitely buy my next set of tires there. He deserves a big pat on the back. This is what makes great customer service.”

I feel honored to join Briarcliffe Memory Care Assisted Living facility as an Independent Contractor to Facilitate Briarcliffe Gardens Family Support Group as of February 2019. Briarcliffe Gardens Memory Care Assisted Living and the Cottage at Briarcliffe Gardens are privately owned residential facility. They are providing secured environment, specialized person-centered care, and high quality services designed to maximize person’s strengths and minimize their limitation. I observed that Briarcliffe professional caregivers make great efforts to optimize the quality of life for each resident by compliment personality, interest and hobby. Caregiver expertise, respectful approaches and techniques are noted. Among many services, Briarcliffe Management has been always committed to quality care that puts residents first. Resident’s families has been supported and encouraged to participate in care. Briarcliffe Gardens Family Support Group meets once per month, on every second Tuesday of each month from 4:30PM – 6PM. Our hope is that each participant will gain a better understanding of the disease process, learn how to embrace and implement person centered care, assimilate new communication skills and learn how to join on a journey with Dementia. There is no cost to participants. I think that speaks so well of the Briarcliffe facility.”
