He was very friendly and warm when I called (which was around 7:30am). He was quick to figure out what the issue was with the vehicle, got me a loaner while it was being fixed (Even through it was not a warranty issue), and that was that. I really appreciated how welcoming Jim was, as I have not always had that experience at dealerships when service is needed.”
