Palmetto Advanced Dentistry

We “fled” a corporate dental practice in Charlotte and were fortunate to learn of Dr Primavera. What a blessing! I had my first cleaning today (thanks Kim) and my teeth feel great and very clean! Dr. Primavera also examined me. He is terrific. What a nice bunch of people in this practice. Thanks so much.

Had a fantastic first visit today and how many times can you say that about going to the dentist? Kelly the hygienist was amazing and spent 15 minutes just talking to me first. Explained everything to me as she did it so I understood and had a flat screen TV in front and on the ceiling with the show of your choice. Dr. Primavera was wonderful also explaining everything and never once did I feel anything was being pushed on me to do which is an experience I have too often had at the dentist. The office is beautiful with easy parking and Kim at the front desk is a joy. All around, I am so happy to have found them and feel my smile is in great hands:)

I am very pleased with my very first visit. Office was very nice and welcoming. Kim was able to get me in for my sensitive tooth. Mary took my X-rays, was easy to talk to which made me more comfortable and less anxious . Dr Primavera is amazing. He explained in detail what’s causing my problem. I am happy to have found Palmetto Advanced Dentistry (my daughter and husband got me going to see Dr Primavera)!!!

I was happy follow Dr. Primavera to his new practice. The setting is clean and new, and his staff is friendly and always accommodating. Most of all, Dr. Primavera has a great personality and bedside manner. He is always thorough and honest, and he takes time with his patients. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great family dentist.

I have been very happy with my dental care from Palmetto Advanced Dentistry. I have very sensitive teeth and doctors have not been very patient with that in the past, so I had a lot of dentist anxiety before finding Palmetto. I’ve been going there for the past year and a half and no longer get anxiety before an appointment. Even after getting 4 crowns last year. I had been putting off having them done for years, because I was so nervous about the process, but after my first appointment there, I was no longer afraid. Dr. Primavera is very patient and makes sure I’m always comfortable even if it takes 4-5 rounds of shots to get me numb. He’s really great with kids too. No need to find a separate pediatric dentist. I chose them because they are across the road from where I was living when I first moved to the area 2 years ago. I have since moved away, and drive 30 minutes each way to keep going there because I’m very happy with them. Kellie is also a great hygienist! Katie is very easy to communicate with about scheduling, estimates, and payments. I highly recommend the whole team!
