(July 1, 2018, 8:33 pm)I’m a masters lifter and coach James has got me figured out! The Balance between pushing training and staying healthy, training for specific meets or results, or even just knowing when mentally I need to focus on something outside of the gym to get better results IN the gym.
Once the HoW opened it had been AWESOME to train there with a group of similar lifters, pushing each other, helping each other, and having a community that supports each other in AND out of the gym.
I’m thankful to be a part of this team and hope to be able to share its success with others as it grows! -

(June 28, 2018, 4:21 pm)Incredible atmosphere. The team at House of Weightlifting really pushes each other to succeed and when everyone is in the gym together the energy is unlike anything else. James really has great insights and coaches each athlete on a personal level. 10/10 would recommend!
