  QUIETTTTTTTTTTT. I even ordered a door dash went to sleep woke up it was still there in front my room door😂😂😂 Whoever checked me in on Saturday 5/1 around 7pm very helpful quick I was exhausted in the lobby struggling with baby and luggage the quickness of the check in did me justice. Clean room everything good!

  Seems it is directly on southwest airlines flight path...starting at 6 am and going until midnite...not horribly noisy just be,aware...you are close to the airport. Advertise a breakfast bar...not with covid restrictions .not disclosed until arrival...thats the only reason not 5 stars...clean, friendly and a comfortable room

  For me its all about first checking in. And i can honestly say they are all about their word witj whats listed online. First check in easy no worry’! Very professional and clean room. Just stayed one night but it was very clean and spotless and thats all i was worried about about!! Thankks best western will be coming back!

  The Best Western is a decent hotel. After many nights and many stays, I have to say that my most recent visit started a bit rough but ended up being a very nice stay. Booked reservation online... quick & easy, check-in via mobile app... simple, entering room 210 to find roaches running around... unacceptable! The night attendant was very nice & professional and seemed disturbed about roaches in the rooms. He quickly swapped out our room for another (228). Had no problems with the next room. Housekeeping crew were wonderful. They were very accommodating and always made sure our room was clean & disinfected per our request. Shuttle drivers need better training on driving and overall hospitality... most of the time and days they don’t greet customers in passing and seem to prioritize guest based off status. Front desk crew is amazing with any special request and overall guest needs. Other than the bugs in room 210 (that were quickly addressed) the stay was great...

  My wife had a major shoulder injury. The therapist has done a remarkable job of restoring her use of the shoulder and, hence, the arm. Thank you for a job well-done.
