This is the first time we’d had to deal with a natural disaster to our home, and Advanced was there from the beginning all the way to the end. Paul went out of his way to make this unfortunately situation more at ease. He took the time to walk me step-by-step on how to deal with the insurance company, mortgage company, adjuster, and what to expect overall as I went through this process. Not only that, but the Advanced team, who worked on my home, were professional and extremely efficient. They got there at 7 am (as Paul promised), and were done with the whole project in one day.
