“Dr. Cruz is a fantastic pediatric physician. Generally cares about the family as a whole! Though, since opening her own practice - The Children's Clinic - more of her time has gotten consumed by business matters than her patients. And it is of my opinion that this may be "burning her out" more quickly than she thought. To my knowledge, Dr. Cruz nor any of her staff have privileges with Springs Hospital (the local hospital & ER) and so if your child requires that level of care they will be admitted to CMC or Presbyterian; The latter being their hospital of choice over the former.”

“They are good for the price. The upstairs front bedroom gets unbelievably hot in the summer and the air conditioner unit in the other room does not reach the front room. Downstairs is nice, I have 0 complaints. I have lived here for a year and the owners are very leniant on helping if you have a hiccup with rent. They worked with us and got us back on track. Very quiet place. neighbors are really nice! Maintenance is attentive! Overall not a bad place. only issue is the air conditioner upstairs needs fixed so everything stays cool in the hot summer.”

“Nice place to go to after, let's say playing at the park with some friends. They have over 100 flavors of shaved ice. Getting the cream as a topping is a wonderful idea. It tastes very good. It adds a nice flavor. IMO the ice may be a little on the pricey side, but they've got to make money somehow and I think the price is more for the flavors. Although, the 50 cents for an additional gummy is definitely outrageous. It's a nice place to take your kids or for a couple to enjoy something simple. I enjoyed going there after working up a sweat at the park. It's on the corner of a fairly busy street being as it is Main st. So the atmosphere isn't exactly peaceful, but it does have this simplistic feel to it.”
